Scratchy up and running sweetly with Linux Slackware
8.0. This was a little custom version installed and configured by
Tim. Very sweet. Servers tested fast as hell too. Plugged them into
the LAN and started transfering site files etc across - servers barely
even noticed it. Admittedly not exactly what you would call stress
testing but its all we had. Nonetheless they should fare well with
the onslaught on some of the sites busier days. |

Final picture I took. Both Itchy and Scratchy
sitting comfortably and safely in the boxes they are to be shipped
in. All that remained was for me to load them into the car and drop
them off at the shipping company's warehouse. |
