The site is entirely lewd college humor that has seemed to attract people like crazy... i think almost all of our content is redundant with your priceless page in fact. The page is still in its infancy and is currently receiving 2,000,000+ hits a month induced by zero advertising and zero linking. Every piece of our traffic is word of mouth so far. We are not submitted to search engines and have not had time to join link exchanges.

Statistically speaking, 80% of our traffic is still coming from the northeast... this implies to us that the colleges on the west coast and middle America have not been reached. There is a huge untapped market still.

The page, until yesterday was comprised of 19pics.... the page content is self generated meaning that the now 90+ were all sorted user submissions. We sorted out 70% of what was submitted. This site currently has no banners or pop ups. We feel that this amount of volume could highly benefit your site.

Reasons for selling: To be honest, I am a Engineering student at Vanderbilt and I merely do not have enough time to devote. I am also going abroad and maintaining the page will prove impossible. I have been chastised for hinting that I would sell because of the profit potential. I simply do not have time. I am willing to sell the site short so I can have my time back.

I have be told that the site could generate $5000+ but I am willing to 'sell it short'.
